Our service standards

We are in the process of reviewing our service standards to make sure you are very clear on what you can expect from us here at Teachers’.

As part of that process we will speak to as many of our tenants as possible to get their input and views on what is important so that we can provide service standards that is in line with tenant expectations and that we can deliver on, time and time again.

Look out for that piece of consultation starting over the summer.
