Tenants may contact the Association by calling Head Office on 0207 440 9440; by writing to us at the following address: - Teachers' Housing Association, Rugby Chambers, 2 Rugby Street, London WC1N 3QU; or email to the following address enquiries@teachershousing.org.uk

General Housing Tenants may report a repair by:

  • Telephone – you can telephone 020 7440 9440.
  • E-mail – enquiries@teachershousing.org.uk.  If you do send an email please let us have a telephone number which can be given to the contractor to arrange access with you.
  • Online through this website.
  • Write to us at Teachers' Housing Association, Rugby Chambers, 2 Rugby Street, London WC1N 3QU. (Only if non-urgent)
  • To any member of Teachers’ Housing Association staff if they are visiting you at home. They will report it on your behalf

What to do if a repair is needed when Teachers’ Housing Association office is closed?

If an emergency repair is needed outside of office hours you should contact the out of hours emergency contractors notified to you. A copy is displayed in the common parts of your flats or will have been sent direct to you if you live in a house.

Repairs that are not emergencies can still be reported by e-mail or through the website. Alternatively, you can contact us when the office is next open. For more details about reporting a repair click here

Sheltered Housing Tenants may report a repair by contacting the scheme manager in person or by telephone during working hours.

What to do if a repair is needed when the Scheme Manager is off duty?

If the repair is an emergency, pull your emergency call system cord and the central control service maintaining your scheme will arrange for a contractor to attend.
