The sooner we know about an issue, the faster we can fix it for you. You can tell us by:

For Sheltered sites, you may also report repairs to your Site Manager or by using your emergency call system.

For emergency repairs outside of working hours, you can tell us by calling:

020 7440 9440

We aim to carry out repairs within these timescales:

• Emergency repair: 24 hours
• Urgent repair: 5 working days
• Routine repair: 28 days
