We want our tenants to live in a safe, secure and comfortable environment. Your safety in your home, the building you live in and your community is our main priority at Teachers’ Housing Association.

We work closely with local authorities, the police and other agencies to tackle any behaviour that’s affecting the quality of life of our tenants.

We employ approved contractors to undertake the key checks needed to help keep you safe in your home, complete repairs, and our staff will regularly inspect any communal areas in your home.
