Hello and welcome! On behalf of our entire team and Board, I’m delighted to introduce you to our refreshed website. We hope you’ll find it informative, easy to use, and a real improvement on what came before.
Like any good project, this is just the beginning. We’ll be adding new content and features over the coming months, and we’d love to hear your thoughts on how we can make it even better for you.
Our Latest Results
I’m pleased to share our tenant satisfaction results for April 2024 to April 2025, which you can view here.
The results show we’re continuing to do well at keeping our buildings and residents safe with a focus on keeping your homes well-maintained. In terms of areas for improvement we need to do better with handling complaints and responding within our target timeframes. This has been a focus in our work this year.
These results are important to us, and we have action plans in place which we review every month with our management team and report regularly on progress to our Board.
What We’ve Been Up To
It’s been an incredibly busy year, and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many of you during our tenant meetings and site visits, where we discussed our plans to modernise and improve our services.
I’m excited to tell you that we’re currently working on a new corporate strategy and we plan to publish this in 2026/27. This will include a long-term financial plan. The plan will set out all the key work we’re doing to:
- Improve our services to you
- Enhance our day-to-day operations
- Invest in better systems and infrastructure
- Plan improvements for current and future properties
We’ll be sharing more details about this in our next tenant update in the autumn, including the results of our recent property survey and what actions we’re planning as a result.
