About New Park Gardens, Trentham

New Park Gardens offers 21 one-and two-bedroom bungalows. The homes are arranged in three small groups, creating a peaceful and friendly setting.

Each bungalow is let unfurnished and includes a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with a level-access shower. There’s also built-in storage, an entrance porch, and an external storeroom. The larger bungalows have a second bedroom and are usually offered to couples. Heating is provided by an Electricaire system with thermostatic controls, using off-peak electricity. Hot water comes from a thermostatically-controlled immersion heater, also on the Economy 7 tariff. TV aerial points are included, and tenants are responsible for cleaning and decorating the inside of their homes. This means you can paint it all bright yellow if you wish!

Shared Facilities

Parking is available, and garages can be rented separately. Teachers’ Housing Association takes care of repairs, upkeep, and general maintenance.

The scheme is close to the beautiful Trentham Gardens, which offers woodland walks, boating, and cultural events. There are plenty of things to see and do nearby, including visiting local potteries, theatres, cinemas, and specialist shops.
