Accessibility options

  • We can provide information in a range of formats and languages to support residents whose first language isn’t English or those with a disability that affects communication, such as hearing or sight impairments. Please contact us at the details above to let us know what help you need.
  • We work with interpreters from Language Line to provide translation services over the telephone, and where a tenant has a hearing impairment, we can organise a sign interpreter.
  • Text Relay is a free service that enables people with a hearing impairment to contact us by telephone. This can be done by dialling 18001 + the telephone number if using a textphone, or dialling 18002 + the telephone number if using a telephone. Sheltered Housing Tenants may report a repair by contacting the scheme manager in person or by telephone during working hours.

Sheltered Housing Tenants may report an emergency repair by pulling the emergency call system cord, and the central control service, maintaining your scheme, will arrange for a contractor to attend
