How we prioritise complaints

How we involve our residents in making decisions

  • Our Tenant Influence Panel represents tenants’ views and is a key part of our governance structure, helping us maintain a strong and direct relationship between tenants and our Board. We use the Panel to discuss key issues affecting tenants, consult tenants and seek their input on important policies and working practices, and discuss our wider strategy and financial performance. The Panel also helps shape and agree our Tenant Engagement Strategy and the different ways tenants can influence our decisions and services.
  • Our Tenant Engagement Strategy sets out our approach to involving you in our communities and services.
  • We also publish regular briefings and updates on our work.
