What is STAIRs?
The government has introduced new regulatory requirements called the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements, better known as STAIRs.
STAIRs makes it easier for you to access important information about your home, us as your landlord, and the services we provide. It also strengthens your ability to understand how we operate, make informed decisions and hold us to account. Publication Scheme
The government requires all social housing providers to introduce a STAIRs Publication Scheme by October 2026. This Publication Scheme brings important information about your housing services together in one place. It is designed to make it easier for tenants to find the information you need without having to ask us for it. Our STAIRs policy and procedure outlines what you can expect from us in relation to this scheme and the process for accessing additional information.
We’ll regularly review the information published here to make sure it remains accurate and up to date. We’ll add new information when required, as well as when we believe it will be useful and relevant to you. We’ve organised the information into clear sections to help you quickly find what you’re looking for.
