Meet Our Team
At Teachers’ Housing Association, our day-to-day work is carried out by a dedicated team who help keep everything running smoothly. They’re led by our Executive Management Team, who bring years of experience in housing and support services.
Guy Robinson – Chief Executive
Guy joined us in May 2024 and brings over 20 years of experience in housing, care, and support. Before joining us, he was Executive Director at Look Ahead Care and Support. Guy leads the organisation and works closely with our Chair of the Board, Steven Dennis.
Diane Palmer – Operations Director
Diane joined us at the end of September 2024 and has worked in a variety of leadership and non-executive roles in the social housing sector for both local authorities and housing associations. Diane makes sure we’re meeting the standards expected by our residents and regulators.
Claire Boyer – Finance Director
Claire joined us in August 2024. She has held senior roles in finance and resources at several housing associations, including Town and Country Housing and Roseberry Housing. Claire looks after our finances and helps ensure we’re financially strong for the future.
